Harness Change at Cumbria Rural Academy has an extensive range of horse riding experiences with good facilities set in the stunning scenery of the Lake District. Hoses are at the heart of what we do. It is important to us that the horses enjoy their work to make your learning with us a truly magical experience.

We are passionate about coaching riders and horses to build a great partnership. We work with everyone from complete beginners to competitive riders and everything in between. With our rider-centered approach, you will enjoy your progress.
Hacking
Set in the South Lake District there is plenty of opportunity to explore the countryside on horseback. Our horses are at the heart of what we do and enjoy their work which makes these rides a truly magical experience.
Clubs
We have a wide range of clubs to get involved with at the center including the pony club and a dressage club. These fun social groups are a great way to learn and develop confidence.
