Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
There is a strict 48-hour cancellation fee for any bookings of 100%.
Please note our weight limit is set at 16stone for beginners. Loaning of riding hats and boots are included in the price.
No refunds will be given on lessons except in the form of a credit on your account.
Lessons can only be transferred once and have to be rebooked within a maximum period of three months if not to be forfeit. They can only be transferred to another session of identical type, at the same or lower level if a group – group jump will always be at a lower level. Cancelled sessions cannot be accrued, refunded, or given to another person.

All bookings are subject to the below-booking conditions:-
Payment must be made in full at time of booking, 16 stone weight limit, your own hats must be to standard PAS:015 or other. These can be found on various organisational sights. If you are unsure please contact the office. Refunds are not given.
Once booked, if given 24hours notice that you are unable to attend, we will endeavor to find a time to suit you as best as we can. If this is not possible credit can be given for the value of the booking made.
Credit may be transferred across accounts as long as permission is expressed from both parties or a legal guardian.
We do reserve the right to make changes to lessons/coaches/horses/ponies if necessary, including cancellations at short notice if necessary.
