Terms and Conditions:

Prices: per item ......(no job lots please unless part of a complete inventory ...ie; Horse complete with tack and rugs..etc)
All Items regardless of asking price are charged at £10.00
Items listed for 6 months unless they are sold earlier.

All categorised sale items are listed on a first come , first listed basis... ie; as other items are sold or de-listed your sale item moves further to the top. If after 6 months your sale item remains unsold and wish to keep your listing place you can make a further 6 month subsciption (less 10%)

Photographs....
Please can you make your photographs as clear as possilbe. A tip is to take the whole item as close to full frame as possible. Ideally when emailing us your sale item photograph it should be, landscape, 300(w) x 200(H) pixels, in colour and no more than 100,000k in size. Please note that odd shaped photos which cannot be cropped will either squash or expand in the advert. Photos less than 300x200 pixels will appear poor quality in your main advert section.

Bigland Hall Equestrian is acting in the capacity as advertising agent only. Sale items are listed for a period of 6 months from date of application. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of description and pricing of your sale item and we accept no responsibilty for errors made therein. We will not advise you or your potential buyer as to any aspect of the sale or sales particulars. If any of the adveritsed particulars of the item for sale change you must inform us immediately. If your item is sold you must inform us immediately in order that the item can be de-listed. Any abuse of our classifieds section will result in your listing being removed and we reserve the right not to list your sale item if deemed to be in contravention of the Sale Of Goods Act 1979. Bigland Hall Equestrian do not guarantee the sale of your item.
