Bigland Open Gymkhana 25th July (1 reply)

We will be holding a open gymkhana at Bigland Hall Equestrian on the 25th July. Everybody is welcome and funds raised will be going towards the Pony Club. We would also appreciate help with setting up the night before ( Friday the 24th) and stewarding on the day if possible. Food will be available throughout the day and entrys will be taken on the day, however, if you need to borrow a horse from the riding school (£10 for the day) we will need to know before hand. More information is available form the office.

First Session (no replies)

Well we made it to the first session last night (Thursday) I know it was short notice for some. I am sure that all, 5 , of those who attended would agree it was a very INFORMATIVE and yet FUN session conducted by Sheelagh.

As many of you know I do a fair bit of riding and yet I suddenly realised it was 2 years since I had my last formal lesson, bit of a shock to the sytem, also all those nasty little bad habits that creep in need to be ironed out. Must find a leg stretcher somewhere !

Must find time for more lessons. another good reason to be a member, reqular session and fun with like minded people .

Perhaps some time in the future we can do a pub ride, Should be entertaining,! if you know what happened to me last time on the trusted Thornie.

Some people have suggested a social gathering any ideas anyone ? BBQ ?

Come and join in the FUN next time Sunday 17th I think is the third Sunday 2.p.m. start Remember to book with Bigland and bag your favourite steed
